City Administration's Senior Council Meeting and Rollator Training Scheduled
Residents of Dormagen will have a chance to attend a meeting of the Senior Council of the city administration on Wednesday, September 3rd. The gathering will take place at 10:00 AM in the New Town Hall, specifically in Room 3.10, located at Paul Wierich Platz 2.
The meeting is open to all interested visitors, and a shuttle bus service will be available for residents in all Dormagen districts, upon registration. Participants can also have their rollators checked on-site for proper adjustment and functionality.
The meeting will be a significant event, as it is being organized in collaboration with Sanitätshaus Salgert, Senior Commissioner Monika Brockers, Stadtbus GmbH, and the traffic safety department of the police.
Apart from the council meeting, Senior Commissioner Brockers will also be involved in a rollator training event, scheduled to take place at Bürgerhaus Hackenbroich on Salm-Reifferscheidt-Allee 20 on September 22, 2023. The practical part of the training will focus on the correct use of rollators and city buses, while the theoretical part will provide safety tips, with the police taking the lead.
