It's the height of negligence," said Maksat Kasakataev, her brother.
The family is collecting evidence, preparing an independent examination, and pleading for justice.

"A year ago, my son met a similar fate in this very hospital after an appendectomy. What kind of hospital can't handle such a basic procedure? How many more tragedies must occur before they acknowledge the disarray?" lamented a local woman.
