Timothy D. Roble: A Life Dedicated to Law, Family, and Affordable Housing
Timothy D. Roble, a distinguished figure in law and affordable housing, passed away on July 8, 2025, at the Denver Hospice. Born on November 24, 1944, in Bethlehem, PA, Roble lived a life marked by achievements, service, and a deep passion for his family and causes close to his heart.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree at Yale University in 1966 and his J.D. degree at Harvard University in 1970, Roble embarked on a successful career as a tax lawyer. He worked at a major New York law firm before moving to Denver, where he practiced law with Ducker, Gurko and Roble. In 1992, Roble became affiliated with Simpson Housing Corp., a significant player in the affordable housing sector.
In 2002, Roble, along with some friends, started MBR Development Company, an affordable housing development firm in Douglas County, CO. However, a detailed or verifiable biography or career achievements of Roble in affordable housing development could not be found from the available sources.
Roble's service to his community extended beyond his professional life. He served on the Cherry Hills City Council for many years, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those around him.

Roble's real passion was golf, particularly discussing it with others, especially his father. His love for the sport was a testament to his love for connection and conversation.
In his final days, Roble faced complications relating to diabetes, a condition he was diagnosed with at 11 years old. As a tribute to his life and legacy, donations in his memory can be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
A celebration of life for Timothy D. Roble will be held later in the summer. His wife, Beverly Quail Roble, survives him in Denver.
