Skilled Therapies: A Focus on Healing and Recovery

The Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation, a nongovernmental group that supports burn survivors, recently organised a news conference to solicit donations. The event featured a photo courtesy of the Foundation, taken by them, which was used to highlight the cause.

The purpose of the news conference was clear: to call for public donations to help children with burn scars. Singer Eric Chou, who attended the event, made an impassioned plea for support.

The Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation, founded by Soong Mei-ling, the former First Lady of the Republic of China, in 1965, has been dedicated to supporting children with burn scars or disfigurements. The donations collected at the news conference will go towards providing comprehensive physical rehabilitation and psychological services for these children.

The Foundation owns the rights to the photo used in the news conference, which showcases the work they do to help children in need. The public is encouraged to donate to the cause, with the assurance that their contributions will make a real difference in the lives of these children.

The Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation is committed to supporting burn survivors and helping them rebuild their lives. With the public's help, they can continue to make a positive impact on the lives of these children.

If you would like to donate, please visit the Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation's website for more information on how to do so. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of these children and help them overcome the challenges they face.
