Ruperto Carola's 'Univitality Health Week' Promotes Well-being with Workshops & Screenings

Ruperto Carola's University Health Management is hosting 'Univitality Health Week' from 29th September to 2nd October 2025. This event is open to students and employees, offering a range of physical activities, workshops, and health screenings.

The week begins with Janik Meyer, a physiotherapist and medical student, discussing heart health on 29th September. On 30th September, Prof. Dr. Simon Steib will present 'Movement as Medicine'. Relaxation techniques will be taught by Mona Henz, a psychology student and stress management trainer, on 2nd October. Nutrition consultant Rebecca Steiner will provide heart health tips on 1st October. Physical activities such as Pilates, full-body workouts, and rope skipping are available during 'After-Work-Outs'. Moderate-intensity guided walks and beginner's running courses are also offered. CPR training sessions are held daily from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Zeughaus-Mensa in the Marstall. Cardiovascular screenings are available daily from 8 AM to 5 PM at three university locations. Online lunchtalks on heart health, physical activities, and health screenings are also included in the week's schedule.

The 'Univitality Health Week' offers a variety of activities aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being. It is open to all students and employees of Ruperto Carola.
