Monolith, the manufacturer, has expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by the recall and has assured consumers that they take maximum care during the production process. Despite this, the harmful substance Triclabendazole was found in the recalled milk product.

Consumers are advised to return the recalled "Ferma" UHT milk product with 2.5% fat at their respective stores. A refund will be given for the returned product. The best before date of the affected product is 08.12.2025.
