New Cookbook 'Menolicious' Offers Nutritious Recipes for Menopause Support

A new cookbook, 'Menolicious: Eat Your Way to a Better Menopause', offers over 100 nutritious recipes to support women through menopause. Developed by Mariella Frostrup, Belles Berry, and dietitian Hala El-Shafie, the book focuses on balancing hormones, boosting energy, and aiding weight management.

The recipes, which take 30 minutes or less to prepare, include protein-packed breakfasts like kale pancakes with tahini butter, anti-bloat lunches such as ras el hanout rice salad, and one-pot dinners like poached salmon with pak choi. The book also features replenishing smoothies, breads, snacks, and sweet treats, each designed to address common menopause symptoms.

One standout recipe is the one-pot chicken and coconut stew, serving 4 and providing 36g of protein and 7.1g of fiber per portion.

Priced at £22, 'Menolicious' combines Mariella Frostrup's personal menopause experience with Belles Berry's culinary expertise and Hala El-Shafie's dietary knowledge. The book aims to empower women with delicious, easy-to-prepare meals that support their health during menopause.
