Instructions
- Dice up 1 mango and set it aside. Cut the rest of the mangoes into large chunks and toss them in a blender.
- Add the sugar, lime juice, cayenne, and salt to the blender, then blend until smooth and the sugar dissolves. Taste and blend in additional cayenne or sugar as needed.
- Mix in the diced mango and pour the mixture into the pop molds. Freeze 'em until solid, at least 6 hours.
