Spewing His Heart: Justin Bieber Confesses Battles with Anger and Self-Doubt

Justin Bieber describes himself as "damaged" or "hurt."

Let's cut to the chase - Justin Bieber's been dealing with some deep stuff, and he's spilling the beans on his mental health struggles in a shocking social media post.

His fans have been on edge for a while now, as the talented Canadian singer has seemed under the weather in paparazzi snaps and shared some real oddball content on Instagram. And rumors about strife in his marriage to Hailey Bieber haven't helped matters. Recently, Bieber broke his silence and opened up about his inner turmoil, laying it all down in a series of candid posts.

In one breath, he confesses, "I know I'm broken. I'm exhausted with myself. I have anger issues." He sheds light on the constant advice to seek help, but he's tried that route, and it just fires him up. In another exchange, he ends a friendship, telling the pal, "Your concern doesn't feel like concern. It's just suffocating, weirdo. If you don't like my anger, you don't like me."

His rage, he claims, stems from previous pain and heartaches. And if that wasn't enough, he shared snapshots of him with Hailey and their little boy, Jack Blues, born in August 2024, watching him celebrate Father's Day, plus videos recording his high-spirited antics with a suspected joint and a water pipe.

Bieber's Struggles with Self-Doubt

Bieber's not a stranger to insecurities. In March, he shared his inner turmoil with an Instagram story, expressing his feelings of self-doubt. "People have been telling me my whole life: 'Wow, Justin, you deserve this' and I've always felt unworthy, like an imposter," he wrote. And he didn't mince words about his unpreparedness and lack of qualifications.

Burned Out on Self-analysis

Bieber admitted his efforts to work on personal growth have left him drained. "Honestly, I've been feeling pretty tired of thinking about myself lately," he lamented. "Don't you feel that way too?" The only force keeping him motivated to keep pushing for others is his faith.

His wife Hailey, who tied the knot with him in 2018, has yet to weigh in publicly on his recent revelations.

[1] According to sources, Bieber's openness about his struggles signals his determination to address his mental health concerns and set boundaries in his personal life. His willingness to talk it out and get the support he needs is a testament to his commitment to healing and growth.

I'm not going to be able to do this mental-health battle alone, hence my need for support and understanding from those close to me. In our science-driven world, it's essential to prioritize health-and-wellness, including mental health, and I hope my honesty encourages more celebrities to speak up about their own struggles. Despite my success in the entertainment industry, I find myself overwhelmed by self-doubt and fear of being an imposter, further adding to my mental health issues.
