In Almaty, Kazakhstan, a total of 26 monitoring groups are actively operating. These teams consist of employees from district akimats, local police representatives, staff from "Atameken" NPP, and specialists from district Quality and Safety of Goods and Services Management. On October 28, these groups conducted 71 monitoring events, discovering violations at 17 locations. Violations of quarantine regulations were noticed during inspections in the Alatau District. The violations were recorded in a café, the "Zaman" store, a pharmacy, and the "Sonia" store on Bokeev Street.

Monitoring in Almalinsky District revealed a violation of operating hours at the "Ryumochka Bavaria" café located at Karasai Batyr Street, 193. A temporary ban has been imposed on the operation of a hookah lounge at Rozybakiev Street, 214a.

In Auezov District, authorities have temporarily closed the "Moscow" billiard club on Zhandosov Street, 59v, and a lottery club in the 11th microdistrict.

Temporary closures were also imposed in Jetysu District on the "Lion" computer club on Rayimbek Avenue and the "As-Jol" café on Abylai Khan Avenue.

In Nauryzbai District, violations of mask requirements and the lack of hand sanitizers were found at the "Khozyayushka" store and the "Ptitsa" café.

Authorities stated that persistent and deliberate violations of restrictive measures and sanitary rules could lead to further action under Part 3 of Article 462 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and potential referral to court.
