Chilling out with Spicy Frozen Chai Milkshakes 🍦😎
Frozen Dairy Drinks Made from Chai Tea
Ready to beat the heat on a sweltering summer afternoon? These Indian-inspired chai milkshakes are just the thing to refresh and revitalize! While store-bought chai tea bags can work, making your own homemade masala chai sachet from a blend of black tea, spices, and cheesecloth will take your milkshakes to a whole new level.
DIY Masala Chai Sachet
Gather cheesecloth, a good-quality masala chai blend with loose-leaf black tea, cardamom pods, cloves, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, and dried ginger. One of our favorites is from The Chai Cart in San Francisco. To create your sachet, simply tie the blend in the cheesecloth.
