Life Experiences Of... EP: A Musical Journey for Mental Health Awareness
The "Life Experiences Of..." Vio.let found the process of writing for this project to be cathartic and existential, while LU:KE left blood, sweat, and tears on the microphone, detailing dark memories, thoughts, and moments in the EP. Genesis Elijah, who has lost family and friends to suicide, contributes to the EP because it is real and not fake toxic positivity.
In a time when suicide claims 125 lives every week in the UK, the work of CALM is more important than ever. They provide assistance through an informative website and a dedicated helpline, offering life-saving support and fostering a community of solidarity.
CALM and CLIQUES are not new to working together. In the past, they have joined forces to champion mental health awareness and support. This latest collaboration, the "Life Experiences Of..."
