The Heat Protection Plan encompasses several key elements:

  1. Urban Planning and Morphology Adaptation: By integrating urban morphological data with heat characteristics, the plan identifies heat stress hot spots in highly paved, densely built-up areas, which act as urban heat islands. Targeted interventions in these areas are planned.
