Dr. Motte, the founder of Loveparade, explained that the culture is sustainable, inclusive, and connecting. His civil name is Matthias Roeingh. Despite the incidents, authorities described the event as "disruption-free and peaceful", and helpers on site assisted 392 times during the event.
