Collinsville Health Center Resumes Full Services Post-COVID-19
The Collinsville Health Center, serving residents of Collinsville, Owasso, and Skiatook, has resumed its clinical services after temporary modifications due to COVID-19. Appointments are mandatory for all services, and a Nurse Practitioner is available for family planning on the first Friday of each month.
The center, located at 1201 W. Center in Collinsville, OK, offers a range of services. These include immunizations for both children and adults, family planning services, STI testing and treatment, and WIC nutrition education along with a supplemental food program. Appointments for WIC, family planning, and STD testing can be made by calling (918) 582-9355. Routine immunization appointments can be made online. The last change to the clinical services was implemented in July 2023.
The Collinsville Health Center is now fully operational, providing essential healthcare services to the community. Residents are encouraged to make use of these services, ensuring they book appointments in advance.
