On the 18th of July, Eutin market square will play host to a heart health awareness campaign, organised by the "Herzenssache Lebenszeit" initiative. This event aims to improve the quality of life by raising awareness about cardiovascular diseases, stroke, and diabetes, and encouraging the public to avoid risk factors.

The campaign will see the collaboration of local health institutions, heart health advocacy groups, regional medical centres, the German Heart Foundation, the Holstein Rescue Service, the Eutin-Malente Doctor's Network, and the Ameos Clinic Eutin.

Dr. Yilmaz, the Chief Physician, emphasises the importance of early awareness, stating that many people live with increased risk without knowing it. He will be available on-site to answer questions and provide valuable insights.

Visitors can take advantage of free advice and consultations from 10 am to 4:30 pm. Questionnaires are available to help individuals better assess their own risk, and various tips on exercise, nutrition, and prevention will also be provided.

In addition to the information and advice, visitors can have their personal health values such as blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, and oxygen saturation measured at the event. This will provide a comprehensive understanding of one's health status and potential risks.

The event is under the motto "Avoid risk factors - improve quality of life", and it promises to be an informative and engaging day for all who attend. So, mark your calendars and join us at Eutin market square on the 18th of July for a day dedicated to heart health and wellbeing.
