Dylan Morales, a 9-year-old boy from Panama, who has been battling cerebral palsy and recently underwent leg surgery at Shriners Hospital in Philadelphia, had an unforgettable experience during his stay in the city.
Thanks to the efforts of the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Panama, Dylan and his mother were able to travel to Philadelphia for the treatment.
