Astana's Active Longevity Center Launches Autumn Health Season
The Active Longevity Center in Astana has launched its autumn health insurance season, offering free morning health insurance training sessions in several city parks. Using Scandinavian walking techniques, these sessions are led by qualified healthcare professionals and open to all city pensioners.
From Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 11:30 AM, pensioners can enjoy these sessions from September to November. The initiative, part of the Active Aging Salon, is designed to strengthen citizens' health insurance and boost sports activity among pensioners. The sessions are conducted by sports instructors from the center, ensuring a safe and beneficial experience for all participants.
The autumn health insurance training sessions, held in multiple parks across Astana, provide a free and accessible way for pensioners to stay active and healthy. The Active Longevity Center invites all city pensioners to join and reap the benefits of these Scandinavian walking techniques.
