Accident Collision with Thiago Medina: Man's View on the Incident
In a shocking turn of events, former reality TV participant Thiago Medina was involved in a severe traffic accident on September 16, 2021, in Francisco Álvarez, Moreno.
Thiago's ex-partner, Daniela Celis, found out about the accident after trying to contact him for 30 minutes and receiving a call informing her about the incident. In an emotional interview, Daniela recalled, "I heard a woman's voice and heard what I never wanted to hear: 'We were waiting for your call, Thiago had an accident'."
Thiago is currently in Intensive Care, under clinical control, and receiving mechanical ventilation. The driver of the vehicle that hit Thiago's motorcycle has admitted to making the maneuver that caused the accident. However, there seems to be a discrepancy regarding the use of the driver's lights at the time of the incident.
Raúl, who crossed paths with the driver at a butcher's shop and introduced them, shared that the driver claims he put on all the lights, but Raúl states he saw that he didn't have his front lights on. The driver, who is 40 years old, has since reached out to the Steinkamp family, expressing a desire to approach Thiago's family to offer his support.
During this challenging time, Daniela has been trying to stay strong for her twin daughters, who are just 2 years old. She shared, "I'm devastated inside," expressing her deep concern for Thiago's well-being. The driver, on the other hand, has shown signs of guilt, anxiety, and nervousness, and has reportedly been unable to sleep since the accident.
The nanny was alone with Thiago's daughters for 90 minutes before Daniela found out about the accident. Raúl shared that the driver wishes to approach Thiago's family to put himself at their disposal and offer his support.
